Two years of Wollombi Valley Online

Wollombi Valley Online - the flagship of the Greater Wollombi Communities Alliance - had a soft launch on 23 September 2007 and was officially launched on 28 October 2007.
Since then we have had very steady growth in visitors and member numbers. The website now has over 310 members and attracts over 30,000 visits per month (currently averaging around 1,160 visitors per day viewing 2,760 pages per day) for that site alone.
The system that runs Wollombi Valley Online also hosts and integrates the Greater Wollombi Communities Alliance, Wollombi Valley Against Gas Extraction, Wollombi Valley Arts Council, Valley Artists and Wollombi Valley Country Fair websites for seamless integration of news and events, however the graph above does not include the traffic for the other websites.
Ironically, the major traffic magnets of the website are the Visitors section and the Accommodation pages featuring ALL local accommodation rather than just a handful of members businesses.
We thank all our contributors to the website and look forward to helping the Broke community move forward with their Community Website.
GWCA have also recently released the 2nd printed edition of the Wollombi Valley Business Directory. We are still printing and distributing the booklet, now a full 20 pages of local information.
